I had a wonderful stay at Santiya Tree-Koh Chang. The beautiful surroundings and luxurious amenities made our wedding anniversary special. The room, with its private infinity pool and stunning views, was unforgettable. However, I did notice some areas for improvement, particularly with cleanliness in the shared pool and a few maintenance issues that detracted from the experience.

I recently spent 9 days at the resort, and while the staff were truly amazing, the overall experience was mixed. The location was unbeatable with a beautiful beach, but the noise from ongoing construction and issues with cleanliness detracted from my stay. The facilities were nice, but there are definitely improvements needed to elevate the overall experience.
